Jeepster Commando Club of America (JCCA)

Presents Moab  Event Dates: 5/7/06 - 5/13/06

This will be the Western States kick off event for the 2006 Jeepster Commando season.  For many of us, this will be our 3rd year running to Moab and our 1st club sanctioned event of the JCCA. The previous years have been geared around trails rated at 4 to 4+ and this year’s focus will be much the same as years past.  If someone would like to help sponsor some events and runs for stock to slightly modified Jeepsters, please let us know.  There are plenty of trails and things to see in Moab to accommodate all types of rigs.

If you’ve never been to Moab, whether you’re a hard core 4 wheeler or a stock Jeepster, it’s one of the most beautiful places in America.  Once you’ve been to Moab, it’s hard to resist a return trip.

You can come for 1 day or the whole week or any combination, last year we had people coming and going all week long!

Event gathering place will be the Arch View Resort. Arch is View Resort located 10 minutes north of Moab.

This resort has a group BBQ area, swimming pool, and bbqs at each site. They have facilities for tents, RV’s, and cabins—both with and without private bathrooms and showers.  Also at the resort is a fully stocked general store that has a full service Texaco Gas station, propane, diesel, complete laundry, full shower facilities, gift shop and tree lined spaces.

NOW is the time to make your reservations. The owners name is Kate.  The resort does not officially open until March 1st 2006.  Make sure you leave a call back message to Kate if you plan on reserving before March 1st.  She WILL call you back. Be sure to mention that you are with the JCCA when making reservations. It’s always nice to be able to all gather in the evening in one designated spot.
